Trustees plan to meet quarterly on or about August 1, November 1, February 1 and May 1. Proposals on hand 30 days before these dates will be considered at the above dates. Proposals received less than 30 days prior to a quarterly meeting will be considered at the following meeting.
In order to consider a proposal for a grant, we must have the following.
A brief (2 pages or less) description of the proposal listing:
What the funds will be used for and who will benefit.
How much money is needed for the entire project.
How much has been raised.
How much is requested from this Trust.
Approximate time schedule for completion and how soon the money is needed.
A copy of your most recent determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service or documentation of your tax-exemption as a governmental or other publicly-funded entity.
The names and affiliations of your current board members.
Any other materials you may wish to include which will be helpful to us to better understand your proposal.
We may ask for the following additional information:
A detailed budget for the project/program.
Complete financial statements from your last fiscal year.
A list of corporate and foundation contributors to date and the amounts received from each.
A list of other sources being approached for the project and the amounts requested from each.
